Jamaica's World Cup qualifying match against Mexico, which was to be played at the National Stadium on Saturday, has been switched to the Azteca Stadium in Mexico as a result of the passing of tropical storm Gustav and the damage it inflicted. The return leg has been switched also and will be played at the National Stadium on Saturday, October 11. Severe flooding to the stadium from the torrential rains last week has left the field in a diplorable condition and unsuitable for international matches.
