Following the success of Usain Bolt and the Jamaican team at the Olympics, Puma, the official sponsors of the team, hosted a party for the athletes at a nightclub in Beijing the night after the athletics competition ended.

It was a festive affair as the athletes celebrated their record medal haul at the games.  Bolt broke both the 100m and 200m world records and then combined with Nesta Carter, Michael Frater and Powell – who, by the way, ran the fastest anchor leg in history at a reported 8.73 seconds – to win gold and also smash the 4x100m world record.

For a few hours, the two fastest men the world has ever seen, exchanged their running shoes for dancing shoes and took to the stage for an impromptu dance-off.  They demonstrated the dances Bolt did as part of his celebration and topped it off with the “Gi dem di run” dance as they mimicked the baton exchange in the historic relay.
