John Fahey, president of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), has revealed that extensive drug testing was done in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean in the months leading up to the Beijing Olympics. "There's been a number of comments made to me while I was in Beijing about the superiority of the Caribbean speed athletes, and that's been demonstrated each night when we look at track and field on our television screen," he said.
