| Hub Jamaicans invest in bee farming |

A group of Jamaican expatriates based in Boston has started investing in bee farming as a way to give back to the country they love. “The production of bees is only at 50 percent of its potential in Jamaica,” said Dr. Kenneth Guscott, a retired nuclear engineer of Jamaican heritage and a Jamaican Honourary Consul for Massachusetts. “Jamaican honey is in great demand in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States.”
