Jamaica mined three more medals on Saturday at the World Junior Championships in Poland. World Youth silver medalist, Shermaine Williams, got the silver medal in the 100 meters hurdles after clocking 13.48 seconds behind American Teona Rodgers who won in 13.40 seconds.  Cuba's Belkis Milanes finished third.

In the men's sprint relay, Jamaica ran a season's best of 39.25 seconds but had to settle for silver behind the United States. The Americans produced a world leading mark of 38.98 seconds for the gold. 

In the girl's equivalent, the Jamaican's once again finished second behind the United States quartet which once again produced a world leading time.  The American's winning time was 43.66 seconds.  Jamaica stopped the clock at 43.98 seconds.

Meanwhile, the 4x400 women's team failed to advance to the final after finishing fifth in their heat with a time of 3 minute 38 seconds.
