FHM (For Him Magazine) has given their verdict. They have published their sexiest woman alive list and coming out at number one is actress Megan Fox, the hottie hottie star of the movie Transformers.

More that 9 million of the magazine's readers voted and they decided that the 21-year-old was sexier than the likes of Rihanna (No. 14), Beyonce Knowles (No. 207), Halle Berry (No. 33), Eva Longoria (No. 59) and last year's champion, Jessica Alba (No. 3).

Fox's first time on the list was in 2006 where she appeared at No. 68.  She moved up three spots to No.65 in 2007 and now is No.1.

The other entrants in this year's top 10 were, in descending order, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Elisha Cuthbert, Scarlett Johansson, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Hilary Duff, Tricia Helfer, Blake Lively and Kate Beckinsale.

Britney Spears came in last place at No. 100.
