Image(CNN) -- The vast majority of Africans have no access to a toilet, according to preliminary data from a World Health Organization report to be published later this year.

The WHO-UNICEF Joint Monitoring Program for Water Supply and Sanitation said the data shows 62 percent of Africans and 2.6 billion people worldwide have no toilet at home "and thus are vulnerable to a range of health risks."

The body of a 61-year-old British national, Barbara Jones-Scott, who was reported missing from her Bullocks Heights residence in Somerton, St James on Sunday, was recovered by the Area One Crime Scene investigators yesterday afternoon.

The body, which was clad only in underwear, was taken from a pit behind Jones-Scott's home.

ImageKANGDING, China (Reuters) - China said 19 people were killed in riots in the Tibetan capital last week and official media warned against the unrest spreading to the northwest region of Xinjiang, where Uighur Muslims bridle under Chinese control.

Eighteen were burnt or hacked to death in the Lhasa violence, Xinhua news agency said.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Three U.S. soldiers were killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq on Saturday, pushing the U.S. death toll closer to the 4,000 mark in a bloody start to the sixth year of the war for U.S. troops.

The three deaths, which brought the number of U.S. soldiers killed since the U.S.-led invasion in 2003 to 3,996, came just days after U.S. President George W. Bush said the United States was on track to victory in Iraq.
